Besides from specific engineering support tasks, like contract engineering or consulting, we also offer training sessions on your site. This training is aimed to provide your employees with condensed, up-to-date information in key fields

PREREQUISITES
The exact list of prerequisites depends on the chosen subject / content of the training. However, as most training sessions are usually carried out at Bachelor or Master's level, the following basic knowledge is considered available:
- Basic knowledge in mechanics
- Basic knowledge in ellectromagnetics
- Basic knowledge in electronics
- Basic knowledge in material science / material properties
- Basic knowledge in mathematics

- Typically 1 to 2 days, depending on the subject.

CONTENTS
We provide several "standard" training sessions
- either on relatively broad topics like "MEMS", "Mechanical Sensors", "Electronic Packaging", etc..
- or on more specific themes, like "Wire Bonding", "Adhesive Bonding in Electronic" etc..
We also offer the possibility to get customized content, based on the customer's application needs.

TYPICAL CONSTITUTION OF A TRAINING SESSION
Each training session, regardless of its subject, consists in:
- An exposé, usually over 200 PowerPoint slides
- Training material : hardcopy of the exposé and electronic version on CD-ROM provided to each participant
- Q&A session - specific customer's cases
- A test at the end of the training is used to evaluate the proper understanding of the participants
- A satisfaction questionnaire is given to each participant and has to be returned 2 weeks after the training session.
